The following sets forth the policies for the collection and use of personally identifiable information ("Information") by PRC Technologies LLC ("Company") in connection with its operation of its Mobile Application Save and Earn, ( the "Mobile Application") and its offline operations (the Application and offline operations together are known as the "Business"), and supersedes any previous statement of such policies.
Company also offers "white labels" versions of the Mobile Application to Company's clients ("Portal Sponsors") to offer a branded version of the Mobile Application as a "value added" benefits to Portal Sponsor's customers, employee, or members (collectively hereafter called "Users"). This application service is operated in the United States and all information we maintain is stored in the United States. If you live outside the US, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States and that the Website is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection of those in your country.
Company knows that users' personal information is important to them; Company respects that importance and treats that information responsibly. Company has created the below policy to explain the types of information it collects from users, how it uses this information, with whom and for what purposes it shares the information, and how users can interact with Company in connection with the information collection and use.

By accessing the Mobile Application, you acknowledge and fully understand Company's Privacy Statement and freely consent to the information collection and use practices described in this Mobile Application Privacy Statement.

Participating Merchant PoliciesRelated services and offerings with links from this Mobile Application, including vendor sites, have their own privacy statements that can be viewed by clicking on the corresponding links within each respective website. Online merchants and others who participate in Save and Earn services are encouraged to participate in industry privacy initiatives and to take a responsible attitude towards consumer privacy. However, since we do not have direct control over the policies or practices of participating merchants and other third parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or contents of those sites. We recommend and encourage that you always review the privacy policies of merchants and other third parties before you provide any personal information or complete any transaction with such parties.
3. Information We Collect and How We Use It
The company collects certain information from and about its users three ways: directly from our Web Server logs, the user, and with Cookies. We never sell any personal data we
collect to any third part source other than explained herein, so you can rest assured that the only purpose of collecting the information below is to better serve your needs.

The Company reserves the right to share aggregated site statistics with partner companies, but does not allow other companies to place cookies on our Mobile Application unless there is a temporary, overriding customer value (such as merging into the Website a site that relies on third-party cookies).You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies. If you reject cookies by changing your browser settings, then please be aware that this may disable some of the functionality on our Mobile Application.

You may also be asked to disclose personal information to us so that we can provide assistance and information to you. For example, such data may be warranted in order to provide online technical support, transaction inquiries, and troubleshooting. We will not disclose personally identifiable information we collect from you to any third parties (excluding your Portal Sponsor) without your permission except to the extent necessary including:
When you click on a link in this Mobile Application to a merchant store’s site to start your Cash Rebate shopping, you are signifying your intent to engage with that store through our Mobile Application. As a result, you are directing us to provide certain information about you (including the link in the Mobile Application you clicked and a unique ID assigned to your account to track your shopping that originates from our Mobile Application) to an affiliate network to properly account for your purchases with a merchant. The Affiliate Partner will collect Internet and Network Activity information about your use in relation to the merchant’s site, products, or offers. This information is collected by our Affiliate Partners to track your shopping visit. Certain merchants may also use this information to build their profiles about your use, and/or combine it with information they collect elsewhere to measure performance. They may also make this available for use by their other clients’ business clients. This is why we stated in Section 2 above that you need to read and understand the Privacy Policies of each store you visit. As a result, the sharing by us with such certain Affiliate Partners could be considered a “sale” of your personal information as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), and the opt-out we offer for California consumers in Section 9, below, would signal these Affiliate Partners to not collect or use your information from our Services except as necessary to validate and provide your Cash Rebate. In addition, to the limited extent that you are a California resident and we target direct marketing emails to you through our opt in emails for the direct benefit of a particular merchant, this marketing may be considered a “sale” of your personal information under CCPA. In this circumstance, the opt-out we provide for all Mobile Application users in Account Details section in the Account section in the "Email Settings" section, would cover this type of targeted marketing as well.

Use of Web Beacons or GIF filesThe Mobile Application's pages may contain electronic images known as Web beacons - sometimes also called single-pixel gifs - that allow the Mobile Application to count users who have used those pages and to deliver co-branded services. The Mobile Application may include Web beacons in promotional e-mail messages or newsletters in order to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.

Marketing PracticesWhen you registered for membership in Cash Rebate Club Rewards Program you had the option to opt into receiving email updates and special offers through Cash Rebate Club Rewards Program. If you opted in and later wish to opt out of receiving our marketing emails, you can do that at any time using the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email you receive from us. This will remove your name permanently from our email distribution list. You can also elect to stop receiving our promotional emails in the Account Details section in the Account section in the "Email Settings" section. Even if you opt out of getting marketing messages, we will still send you transactional messages. These include responses to your questions.
7. ChildrenOur Website and/or Services are designed for people at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or about children under 13 years of age, and use of our services by children under 13 years of age is forbidden.
8. Notice to European Union UsersCompany's operations are located primarily in the United States. If you provide information to us, the information will be transferred out of the European Union (EU) and sent to the United States. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described in this Policy. If you do not consent to our Privacy Policies and Terms of Use, do not use this website or provide us any type of personal data.

Your California Privacy RightsIf you live in California, other than what is defined in Section 4 concerning information shared with Affiliate Partners to enable us to pay you Cash Rebate, we do not share or sale your personal information with/to any third parties (excluding your Portal Sponsor) for direct marketing purposes. If what is described in Section 4 is not acceptable to you, please do not use this Mobile Application as that is the only way we can pay you Cash Rebate.

11. Changes to this StatementSave and Earn has the discretion to occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do, we will also revise the "updated" date at the top of this Privacy page.
